1. Acceptance and scope

These Terms & Conditions govern use of the Trainopedia website and, where applicable, Trainopedia training, learner-portal access, corporate training, completion certificates and engineering project services.

3. Services

Trainopedia may provide engineering-software training, corporate/team training, learner-portal access, Trainopedia course-completion certificates, and engineering support including laser scanning/scan-to-model, dimensional inspection, catalogue/specification development, E3D/S3D administration support, skid/package modelling, plant/as-built modelling and Revit BIM services.

A quotation, proposal, enrollment confirmation, purchase order or statement of work may contain more specific terms for a particular engagement; those specific written terms apply to that engagement where they differ from general website wording.

4. Training enrollment and access

• Course availability, syllabus, schedule, delivery mode, fees and trainer availability may vary.
• Learner access may be activated only after applicable enrollment/payment requirements are met.
• Login credentials are personal and may not be shared.
• Trainopedia may update examples, exercises, software-version references or course organization when reasonably required.
• Learners are responsible for having any separately required software/hardware access unless Trainopedia expressly includes it.

5. Course-content protection and acceptable use

Unless Trainopedia expressly permits otherwise, protected course videos, recordings, slides, notes, exercises, portal content and downloadable resources are for the enrolled learner's personal learning use only.

• No credential sharing or account resale.
• No unauthorized screen recording, copying, bulk downloading, redistribution, public posting or resale of protected course content.
• No bypassing access controls or attempting to obtain another learner's content/account.
• No removal of copyright, branding or ownership notices.

Trainopedia may suspend learner access where there is a reasonable security or misuse concern.

6. Completion certificates

Unless expressly stated otherwise, a Trainopedia certificate is a Trainopedia course-completion/training certificate. It is not a vendor-issued professional certification, software-vendor accreditation or authorization. A certificate may be withheld or revoked where it was issued in error, obtained through fraud, or materially misrepresented.

7. Engineering project services

Engineering project services are provided against the agreed scope, assumptions, inputs, deliverables and schedule. Client-supplied drawings, scans, models, specifications and access information must be sufficiently complete and lawful for the agreed work. Scope changes, missing inputs and revised client requirements may require written change control and may affect cost or schedule.

8. Intellectual property

Trainopedia branding, original training materials, website content, exercises, templates and other original materials remain protected by applicable intellectual-property rights unless written terms state otherwise. Client-owned project inputs remain the client's property. Ownership and permitted use of project deliverables follow the applicable written engagement terms.

9. Third-party software and trademarks

Trainopedia is an independent training and engineering support provider. References to AVEVA, Hexagon, Autodesk, Bentley, Tekla and other software/product names are for identification and project/training context. No sponsorship, authorization, accreditation or partnership should be inferred unless Trainopedia expressly states and can substantiate it.

10. Fees, payments and taxes

Fees, taxes, payment milestones and due dates are communicated through the applicable enrollment, quotation, invoice or payment interface. When an online payment gateway is introduced, the checkout page will display the relevant commercial and refund terms before payment confirmation.

11. Website and portal conduct

You must not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security, upload harmful code, impersonate another person, scrape protected learner content, misuse certificate verification, or use Trainopedia systems unlawfully.

12. No guaranteed outcome

Trainopedia aims to provide structured professional training and engineering support with reasonable care, but does not guarantee employment, job placement, salary increase, promotion, examination result, project award, or any particular commercial outcome.

13. Availability

Website or LMS access may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance, hosting/network issues, third-party outages or other circumstances beyond reasonable control.

14. Customer support and grievances

Questions about an enrollment, transaction, learner account or service can be sent to [email protected]. Include the relevant enrollment, invoice, project or transaction reference where available.

15. Applicable law

These terms are intended to operate subject to applicable laws in India. Any engagement-specific jurisdiction/dispute clause will be aligned with Trainopedia's legal entity and business registration details.

16. Updates

Trainopedia may update these terms to reflect changes in its services, technology, legal requirements or business processes.
